  This is to announce that print versions are now available on Amazon of Version 8 Volume I ($12.46) and Volume II ($6.78). Links are available on the casebook website or as follows:

  Also, I’ve gotten well-reasoned pushback on dropping Multi Time Machine from the casebook. The casebook website now contains, in the faculty resources section, a page where all previous dropped opinions are available in edited form in the event you would prefer to revert to them.
