A quick note that my Fall 2025 Trademark Law course website is up – here – and will be populated shortly with the newest edition of Barton’s book, broken out, as it was last year, on a section by section and case by case basis. I have, in other words, again “dis-assembled” the casebook.

Because of Barton’s open access approach, of course all of you, and your students, are welcome to sample/borrow/re-mix however you wish.

Some students prefer the traditional “full package” approach; I will offer links to both the complete book as a digital download and the Amazon.com version.

It’s still Summer, or so I tell myself.
